Pala Suites - Naples

Pala suites was a great choice! The superior queen room was large, super clean, and had beautiful ceiling details. We loved the buzzing area filled with food and shopping, all within a quick walk. Plus, our catacombs tour was just 5 minutes away!

The staff were amazingly nice, the room was modern with incredible high ceiling and balcony. It had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. This accommodation was in the central location in the heart of Naples...

Especially helpful staff with a good portion of humor. Location right by Spaccanapoli and tourist spots. Nearby Winecafe da Mario - great place to chill out.

The family suite features a unique layout with a second-floor bedroom that adds character. Once found, the charming entrance tucked into a side courtyard provides a bit of local flavor.

Finding the entrance can be tricky. It's not clearly marked and could use clearer instructions. The kitchen facilities are lacking-no cutlery, kitchenette, or washing machine-, made it inconvenient for basic needs. The room's second floor was quite dark with limited natural light, and the stairs felt a bit unsteady. Plus, there was an unpleasant bathroom smell and occasional wifi issues, though the owner promptly addressed the latter.

Loved the Junior Suite's spacious vibe and cute balcony overlooking bustling streets! Super close to fab restaurants and shops. Just a heads-up, the bathroom had a slight odor, but the staff jumped to fix some Wi-Fi issues quickly!

The Junior Suite was spacious with a lovely balcony. Air conditioning kept us cool and the tv was great. The bathroom had a good shower and free toiletries. There was even a coffee machine and minibar, awesome!

The Executive Suite was spacious and clean, a huge plus. I loved the historical charm of the building and the artistic touch of the ceiling art. The location was perfect for exploring nearby cafes and sights, but the sofabed wasn't comfy at all. It would've been great if that had been better since one in the upper bed was satisfied. Still, overall, a decent stay!

No issues, meets expectations. The room features large windows with a lovely view and high ceilings for an airy feel.

Spacious room, beautiful character, with excellent amenities including a tv and delicious breakfast, great location just a short 10-minute walk from Dante metro station.

Very convenient location-centered around great restaurants and main attractions. Room was well-equipped, perfect for longer stays. Staff was super helpful, offering personalized tips and even some local snacks for us to enjoy!

It took a bit to figure out the entrance, which could use clearer directions for newcomers.
